SUMMARY: Event Celebrate Earth Day at Meadowdale Beach Park
DESCRIPTION;ENCODING=QUOTED-PRINTABLE:Join us for a restoration volunteer event at Meadowdale Beach Park celebrating Earth Day 2023! We'll be removing English ivy, Himalayan blackberry, and other introduced plants that take over our forests and grow over other plants and trees, causing harm. By removing these plant species, we are helping create a healthier local greenspace! We will be preparing areas to replant next fall adding to the work already accomplished with the estuary restoration project now underway. We will walk about a mile down to the work site near the new estuary.
