DESCRIPTION;ENCODING=QUOTED-PRINTABLE:In December 2022, 300 trees were planted at Lake Stickney Community Park. Now, the ivy, blackberry, and other weeds have resprouted. This Earth Day, volunteer at Lake Stickney Community Park to care for the forest's next generation of trees. Activities will include garbage pick-up, weeding ivy and blackberry, repairing rabbit-fencing around young plantings, and spreading mulch. No experience is required!
