Join us for a restoration volunteer event on the beach! We'll be removing English ivy, Himalayan blackberry, and other introduced plants that take over our forests and grows over other plants and trees and causes harm. By removing this plant species, we are helping create a healthier local greenspace!

What to Bring

Be prepared to work rain or shine! Dress in layers and wear clothing that you don't mind getting dirty. Closed-toed shoes, long sleeves, and pants are recommended. Bring a [reusable] water bottle and a snack. We will be providing tools as well as gloves. If you have your own work gloves, feel free to bring them. Please also bring a face mask as you may be expected to wear it. As a reminder, if you feel sick at all, please stay home and we will see you at a future event!

We will meet at the main parking lot next to the bridge. Look for the people in orange vests.
