Join in on the fun at McCollum Park, a 78-acre park of forest and wetland. We’ll be removing colonizing weeds like blackberry, holly and English ivy, which compete with other native plants take over our forests. Bring your friends and family out to help restore and care for this beautiful forested park!

What to Bring

Be prepared to work rain or shine! Dress in layers and wear clothing that you don't mind getting dirty. Closed-toed shoes, long sleeves, and pants are recommended. Bring a [reusable] water bottle and a snack. We will be providing tools as well as gloves. If you have your own work gloves, feel free to bring them.

Where to Meet

McCollum Park. We will meet near the pool where the A-frame structure is. Please plan to arrive 5 minutes early to find a parking spot and sign in.
