Help prepare McCollum park for planting season! We'll be spreading mulch and removing invasive plants to prepare the area for planting in November. Bring your friends and family out to help restore and care for this beautiful forested park!

All are welcome to attend and no experience is necessary.

What to Bring

Be prepared to work rain or shine! Dress in layers and wear clothing that you don't mind getting dirty or snagged on plants. Closed-toed shoes, long sleeves, and pants are recommended. Please bring a [reusable] water bottle. We will be providing tools as well as gloves. If you have your own work gloves, feel free to bring them.

Where to Meet

We will meet at the northwest end of the park, in the woods behind the swimming pool. Follow the signs and look for the people in orange vests!

Park in the parking lot near the pool off of 128th street (northwest end of the park).
