Healthy Forest Day!November 05, 10am-1pm @ McCollum Park Kick off the planting season with us and celebrate the second annual Healthy Forest Day! Join us as we work to restore McCollum Park, a popular community park with a lovely urban forest. We will be planting trees and shrubs, removing introduced weeds, and spreading mulch. Coming out to plant and remove weeds with us is one of the best ways to give back to your local forest and your neighbors. Help us to build healthy habitat and build a healthy community! All are welcome to attend and no experience is necessary! Space is limited, so please make sure to sign up in advance to save your spot to plant with us! more |
